Business innovation is accelerating & the service sector is the fastest-growing sector of the economy. This course helps students prepare for careers as businesses transition to a service economy & help them identify career & entrepreneurial opportunities. Students gain understanding of the design & innovation approaches in businesses & the service industry. The course also addresses trends of businesses services getting digitized & technology-enabled for growth, productivity, and scalability.
