ETHICS & LAW: BUSINESS/SOCIETY, BUS 102

4 Units, Lecture, 3 hours; discussion, 1 hour. Prerequisite(s): BUS 020; ECON 003; STAT 048; or equivalent; or consent of instructor. Analyzes the legal, ethical, political, and social aspects of the business environment. Topics include ethics and social responsibility, government regulation, corporate governance, and global management issues.
