Social and Creative Entrepreneurship, CRWN 92
Helps students discover and develop their own business idea that does the world good. Examines leadership and provides tools to research community issues and to develop sustainable business models. Guest lecturers and project mentors introduce students to business and civil leaders.

Nada Miljkovic
Nada Miljkovic is a multi-disciplinary educator, artivist (artist/activist) and project manager for UCSC's Center for Innovation and Entreprenuerial Development (CIED). Nada teaches the ethics of emerging technologies, digital storytelling, and entrepreneurship courses at UCSC. She is the co-founder and CEO of GetVirtual. She is deeply committed to her community and is the chair of United Services Agency. She is an organizer of TEDxSantaCruz, and hosts weekly live radio interview shows on KSQD and podcast. She has a BS in Construction Management and BA in Philosophy from Purdue University, as well as a Masters in Fine Arts in Digital Arts and New Media from the University of California Santa Cruz. She is currently working on her Ph.D. in Digital Arts. In her previous career, she was a construction project manager specializing in train stations and bridges and was a Caltrans highway inspector. She lives in Santa Cruz with her multi-generational cross-species family.
