OL ELEM PORT I, PORT W1

Port W1 is the first course of the Elementary Portuguese three-coursesequence delivered in a fully online format. The course follows acommunicative approach. The online format combines technology-basedlanguage instruction with virtual class meetings and live, guidedconversation sessions. The course materials and activities focus onconsolidating the same array of skills promoted in the regular ElementaryPortuguese I course (face-to-face). By the end of this course students areexpected to develop basic proficiency in Portuguese at the Novice-midlevel.
